To cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact email@example.com at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged a fee of at least 50% of the total service and up to the full service price. Example: Appointment for Friday @ 2pm must be cancelled prior to 2 pm on Wednesday.
Treatments & Products
For successful treatment of skin conditions, you will be prescribed a homecare regimen to follow on a daily basis. This supports the renewal process at home, before and after treatments, while minimizing side effects and reactions. Patch tests can be requested at no charge. Purchasing products direct through Skin Clinical SF ensures quality and freshness of products direct from the manufacturer. All product lines sold by Skin Clinical are produced by FDA registered labs and guaranteed shelf stable for up to 3 years.
Membership & Rewards
Membership includes a discount on service and products. Clients must pre-book at the conclusion of their appointment or schedule online according to their individually prescribed treatment plan every 1-6 weeks. If a client cannot commit to a treatment every 1-6 weeks they can still book an appointment but will not receive any member benefits.
Each client agrees to purchase home care products exclusively through Skin Clinical. Membership benefit of 20% off retail price applies to products purchased at time of service or picked up at the clinic. Products can be shipped via UPS. There is no discount for products when shipped. Purchasing through other online retailers is not allowed. For more information and details please request a copy of membership guidelines.

Before & After Photos
In order to document your progress, pictures may be taken before and after each treatment. Photos will only be used to track your progress and may be used for marketing purposes with your consent after a signed Photo Release Waiver is obtained.
